COVID-19 Policies

April 14, 2020,

To our valued Trade Partners,

At Absolute, we are dedicated to protecting our employees, their families and all of our clients we interact with on a daily basis. We are continuing to adapt and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safest workplace for our employees, clients and other tradesman. Because of our strong desire to keep everyone as healthy as possible, Absolute has set forth the following procedures effective immediately:

  • ALL TEAM Members are required to fill out our “COVID-19, Screening Questionnaire” EACH DAY. If GC has their own form, we will submit this form in lieu of ours.

  • ALL TEAM Members will wear gloves and a mask (Face Sleeves) while onsite. New statements made by the CDC “recommend the community use of cloth masks as an additional public health measure people can take to prevent the spread of virus to those around them.”

  • Equipment and tools will be wiped down with sanitizing wipes on a daily basis

  • Absolute is working diligently to adhere to the CDC’s ‘Social Distancing’ guidelines while onsite. **Note, some tasks require workers to be within 6 of each other but we will ensure these tasks are performed as quickly and efficiently as possible while not diminishing the quality of our workmanship. We feel that enforcing all employees to wear masks, boing our best with Social Distancing is the best we can do.

  • Our executive team will be working from their homes and available for Teleconference meetings during normal business hours. Our office phones will be forwarded to our cell phones during this time.

  • We will allow one Team member to attend weekly sub-contractor meetings that take place onsite for current projects. These meetings must be held in an open environment and “Social Distancing” will be practiced while these meetings take place. We look forwarding to working together to ensure a “safe and healthy working condition for our men and women onsite.”

  • We are discouraging workers from using other workers’ phones, tools, equipment etc. when at all possible.

We will continue to work diligently to minimize any disruption to our scope and contractual obligations to our current projects we are on.

We are monitoring this fluid situation as new data is released and update our policies as need be. We understand that these measures may seem extreme, but these are put forward to help stem the

spread of this virus and keep everyone at our jobsites and their families as safe and healthy as possible.

On a positive note, our roofing and waterproofing installations, along with distribution and direct job site material delivery, can still continue at this time without health concerns as social distancing is realistic when performing these functions. We will do our part to ensure that our employees and trade partners can continue their operations by providing remote support via phone, text and e-mail.

If you have any questions about Absolute’s policies related to this virus, please contact Dustin Guess, President at ARW. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe!

Sincerely,

Dustin Guess | President
